Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date you place your order. Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer than 5-7 working days.
Order Amount Less Than 2000 will cost standard 260 delivery charges Pearls By HM Offers Free Shipping On Order Above 2000.

We currently do not offer same day delivery.

We are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. We are unable to change the size and billing address once an order has been placed.

At Pearls By HM, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. However, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries, we have a clear order cancellation policy.

Customers can request order cancellation only before the order is shipped. If your order status is Pending, In Process, Packed, Ready To Ship, you may request cancellation by contacting our Support Team. Please note that customers cannot directly cancel orders through the website; cancellation requests must be made via customer support.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier (status: Sent To Parcel Delivered Company or Delivered), it cannot be cancelled.
